I would get the transmission fluid DRAINED but would not allow it to get Flushed.
Meaning i would drop the trans pan and unbolt the 2 trans lines to the radiator. then turn over the engine a few turns--but not start it. Whatever flowed out would be it. Then clean the pan,,,,,,change the filter and put everything back together,,,and ( being sure i had the trans fluid type recommended by the auto maker and not a substitute,,,,refill it.
I would never get a transmission flushed--not even for free.
If you can find a place to do it that way then i would say get it done.

ranges from 100 to 200 depending if they change all the fluid out of the converter and adjust the bands as well as install new filter and gasket.
