you need to have them do a flush on it now and make sure they get all the old fluid out of it,and if any more damage happens to it make sure they know they will be held liable for it,you have the right to do that by law,good luck.Dodge charger sxt transmission problem car dose not change in to 3rd gear after i change transmission oil?
If you've not driven it much it should be okay just replace the fluid and filter asap with the right stuff
Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way what year is that vehicle bec the newer vehicles require the transmission to be put into the learning mode once the fluid and filter is changed in the transmission.?Also if he did put the wrong transmission fluid in it and it's damaged then you've grounds for a law suit and he should fix the transmission free of charge.
